I. Purpose and scope
Electric mobile hoists are a lifting and transport mechanism designed for vertical lifting, lowering, as well as for horizontal movement of the load suspended on the hook of the electric hoist.
The horizontal movement of the load is carried out only along the overhead single-rail track along which the electric hoist moves.
II. Brief design description
Electric mobile hoists consist of two main parts:
lifting mechanism used to raise and lower the load,
undercarriage, to which the lifting mechanism is suspended.
Each movement of the mechanism (lifting, lowering, movement to the right or left is controlled by a separate contactor and, accordingly, a separate button.
The buttons have directional signs in the form of arrows.
The mechanism operates when the button is pressed, and stops automatically when the button is released.
The electrical circuit provides for the possibility of combining movement with lifting or lowering the load.
