1 - gearbox assembly; 2 - electric motor; 3 - handle with a switch and a device for suppressing radio interference; 4 - cable with a plug.

Figure: 3.5-handle side.

The voltage is supplied to the electric motor by a cable with a plug.

Turn on the drilling machine by pulling the trigger.

By pressing the button, the on position of the trigger is fixed.

Turn off the drilling machine by pressing the trigger again and releasing it.

The engine is cooled by a fan mounted on the armature shaft.

The transmission of rotation from the electric motor to the spindle is carried out through a two-stage gearbox.

To install the drill, the spindle has an internal Morse taper 1.

The range of drill diameters can be expanded by using a drill chuck of size 16 and a mandrel with a shortened Morse taper 1X2b.

You can use the machine in a stationary position by fixing it in a tripod to the cylindrical part of the gearbox housing.

Electrical equipment

The electrical equipment of the machine is designed for power supply from an alternating three-phase current with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz.

The local lighting circuit voltage is 36 VAC.

By special order, the machine can be made with electrical equipment for other voltages.

The starting and protective equipment are mounted in the machine plate.

To drive the spindle, an AOL2-11-4S2 (M301) AC motor with a power of O, 6 kW, a speed of 1350 rpm (at f = 60 Hz n = 1650 rpm) is used.

The spindle motor is controlled by buttons 1KU and 2KU from the control panel located on the machine plate.

The engine is stopped by the ZKU button from the control panel.

The local lighting lamp is turned on by the VO lever located on the AMO local lighting apparatus.

During the rotation of the D1 engine in one direction, it is impossible to turn it on in the other direction.

The electrical equipment of the machine is protected from short circuits and overloads by fuses PR1 and PR2.

To prevent self-starting of electric motors, zero protection is applied using the contacts of magnetic starters K1 and K2.
