RSP-12 lamp with DRL lamp and electric furnace SNOL-1,6.2,5.1-I2

Details Parent Category: Interests Hits: 2428

The RSP-12 lamp with a DRL lamp (Fig. 1) consists of reflector 1, body 2, suspension unit 3 and diffuser 4.

The bottom of the luminaire is covered with protective glass 5.

The unit 3 is attached to the body 2 using a bracket 6, an axis 7 and a clamp 14, which provides easy removal of the body during installation and operation.

Contact connections located on the thermal insulation pad 15 allow connecting copper or aluminum wires with a cross section of up to 4 mm2.

Fastening the socket eliminates the possibility of turning the lamp when replacing it.

During periodic inspections, it is necessary to check the reliability of the seals, fasteners and lamp contacts.

Perform inspections only when the voltage is disconnected!

To charge the luminaire, it is necessary to disconnect the reflector 1 from the body 2, for which the clamp handle 14 should be turned counterclockwise and removed from the axis 7.

Pull the wires through the gasket 8, washer 13, bushing 9 and gasket 10.

After pulling the wires, these parts are inserted in the reverse order.

The luminaire is installed on a pipe and tightened with a nut 11 with a screw 12.

In fig. 2 shows a circuit for switching on the DRL lamp from a network with a voltage of Uc.

Lamp 4 is switched on through choke 5 and PRU 3, consisting of resistor 2, rectifier 7, spark gap 6 and interference suppression capacitor 1.

The working space of the electric furnace is formed by separable ceramic shapes. The space between the shapes and the body is filled with thermal insulation.

In the grooves of the side styles 11 and 4, the upper 3 and the lower 6, four spiral heaters are installed, connected in series.

The electric furnace is loaded through the opening closed by the door 7. The charge is installed on the ceramic bottom plate 5.

The electric furnace is powered from a 220 V AC mains with a frequency of 50 Hz.

The terminals for the mains connection are located on the rear of the electrical box.

Temperature control and regulation is carried out by an electronic device working in conjunction with a thermal converter installed in the heating chamber.

The circuit (Fig. 2) provides a circuit breaker for turning on the electric furnace and protecting power circuits, a thyristor contactor as an actuator, a light alarm, a fuse for protection against short circuits in the control circuit: a microswitch and a magnetic starter to turn off the heaters when the door is opened.

There is a bolt on the back of the oven for connection to the common ground circuit with the symbol "Earth". The grounding resistance should be no more than 4 ohms.

Before starting work on an electric furnace, you must make sure that it is in full serviceability, that it is correctly connected to the network and the ground loop.

The electric furnace should be operated in laboratory, capital and other similar types of premises, while:

a) height above sea level - up to 1000 m;

b) ambient temperature from +5 to + 35 ° С;

c) relative humidity of ambient air no more than 80% at plus 25 ° С;

d) environment - non-explosive, not containing a significant amount of conductive dust, water vapor, corrosive gases in concentrations harmful to the components of the equipment, matSerials and insulation of an electric furnace.

Notes:

The electric furnace is designed for a nominal operating temperature of up to 1100 ° C, exceeding which is not allowed due to a sharp decrease in the life of the heater.

The recommended range of operation on an electric furnace is from 400 to 1100 ° C.

There is a hole in the door of the electric furnace for visual observation of the loading and for inserting a control thermal converter.

The oven must be stored packed. Storage of products should be carried out:

- in heated (or cooled) and ventilated rooms at an ambient temperature of + 5 ° to + 40 ° C;

- in an atmosphere containing sulfur dioxide in concentrations of not more than 0.13 mg / m3 and chloride salts of not more than 0.3 mg / m2 per day;

- at a relative humidity of the ambient air - no more than 80% at a temperature of plus 25 ° С.

The electric oven must be transported only in closed transport at temperatures from + 50 ° C to - 50 ° C.
