Labor protection instructions for exploitation. power tool 1.
General safety requirements
1.1. Independent work with hand-held electric machines is allowed for workers at least 18 years old who have completed industrial training, have an electrical safety group of at least I and the right to work.
1.2. In the process of work, it is allowed to use only serviceable manual electric machines, fully equipped with all parts provided for by the design, and in accordance with the purpose specified in the passport.
A class I machine is a machine in which protection against electric shock is provided both by basic insulation and by additional safety measures in which accessible conductive parts are connected to the protective (grounding) conductor of the network in such a way that they cannot be energized in the event of damage to the main insulation. For machines intended for use with a flexible cable or cord, a protective conductor is provided as part of the flexible cable or cord.
A Class II machine is a machine in which protection against electric shock is provided by both basic insulation and additional safety measures such as double and reinforced insulation, and which does not have a protective conductor or protective earth contact. A special sign is applied to the body of a car of this class - a square in a square.
Class III machine - a machine in which protection against electric shock is provided by supplying it with a safety extra-low voltage and in which voltages greater than safety extra-low voltage do not occur.
Safety extra-low voltage - rated voltage not exceeding 42 V between conductors and between conductors and ground, or in the case of three-phase power supply not exceeding 24 V between conductors and neutral, while the open circuit voltage does not exceed 50 and 29 V.
for electricians for repair
Labor protection instructions for electricians for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
1. General safety requirements

1.5. Electricians who use lifting mechanisms, electric and pneumatic tools, sharpening and drilling machines, as well as those performing work associated with increased danger and hazardousness in the process of their main work, must undergo additional training, pass a technical minimum on the design and operation of this equipment, tool, instruction on rules for the safe performance of work and have the appropriate certificate.
1.6. An electrician must know and follow:
internal labor regulations of the enterprise;
the rules for signal exchange established at the enterprise;
fire safety rules. It is forbidden to use open fire in the premises for the repair of electrical equipment, as well as when working with flammable and combustible substances.
Smoking is allowed only in places specially designated for this purpose.
1.7. During the work period, electricians must use personal protective equipment (overalls, safety shoes, mittens, glasses, etc.) issued by the enterprise.

serviceability and fastening of the vise and adjust their height in accordance with your height by laying in front of the workbench (under your feet) a special wooden lattice or support of the required height so that the surface of the vise is at the level of the elbow joint.
Bench vices and clamps should not have backlash, firmly grip the clamped products and have an unworked notch on the jaws;
hand tools and accessories necessary for work, personal protective equipment and lay them out in convenient and easily accessible places so that they cannot be accidentally moved or dropped during work.
