At the rear of the housing there is a switch block and sliding contacts that allow free rotation of the connecting cord.

A rectifier diode is also located in the switch block.

The switch block is fixed with screw 7 and cover 8 in the hair dryer housing.

The Alesya hair dryer set includes various attachments and a hood.

The removable handle provides additional convenience when using the hairdryer.

The hair dryer can be tilted into the cord recess of the packaging box, allowing you to use the hood and operate the hair dryer without holding it.

Elsktrofen "Alesya" has two modes of operation (mode I and mode I I).

If you need to work with an electric hair dryer in mode I, it is recommended to first turn it on at 30 ... 40 C in mode I I.

When using an electric hair dryer, you must remember that its electrical elements are energized at 220 V. Do not use the electric gun in the bathroom and in rooms with high humidity.

Unscrew the two screws securing the front of the housing and remove the front.

Unscrewing these screws also looses the connections of the motor unit with the fan and the heater with the hair dryer housing.

Carefully, so as not to damage the coil and the mica frame of the heater, pull out the unit as far as the power wires allow.

Unsolder two wires from the contacts flared in the mica frame to heat up.

Remove the block completely.

Remove the impeller from the motor shaft using two thin screwdrivers.

This will open access to two screws under the impeller on the fan housing.

Unscrew these screws, remove the fan casing from the motor.

In order to remove the electric motor brush for inspection, bend the brush holder spring with tweezers or a screwdriver until the brush is completely released.

Turn the electric motor down with the freed brush and lightly tapping the motor housing against the edge of the table to make the brush fall out of the brush holder.

To remove the switch block, unscrew the screw located in the center of the cover on the back of the hair dryer case.

Remove the cover together with the connecting cord plug.

From the inside of the case, using tweezers, unscrew the diode fastening nut, remove the diode from the socket and remove the switch unit from the case.

Assembling the electric hair dryer << Alesya >>

Assemble the hair dryer in the reverse order of disassembly.

In this case, it is necessary to clean all parts of the hair dryer from dirt and dust.

In case of significant wear of the electric motor brushes, it is necessary to replace them.

One drop of mineral oil should be dripped into the plain bearings of the electric motor using a pipette.

Before reassembling, carefully inspect the contact plates that are supplied with power from the plug of the connecting cord.

If necessary, strip them and bend them for tighter contact.

Inspect the condition (appearance) of the plug itself and check the integrity of the connecting cord at the point where it is connected to the plug.
